I've loved this technique from the first time I saw it on Robin Beam's blog. I kept meaning to try it, but never got around to it. It's featured in the latest issue of Technique Junkies and I finally sat down today and made something. I have a feeling it's going to be one of those techniques I can't stop playing with!
Stamps are all from Innovative Stamp Creations.
This is cool I saw it on U Tube after the CHA show last winter. I love the colors you used. Maybe a project for stamp club.

Awesome tag... this is such a simple and fun technique. And it is addicting!
ReplyDeleteShelly - this is just PERFECT! Can you tell how you did your background?
ReplyDeleteThanks!
Sure Sweetpea! The background is just sponged Distress inks (peeled paint, straw, brick). I may have spritzed it w/water to get it to blend better and then kept adding more ink until I liked the depth of color.
ReplyDeletewow .o so beautiful tag!
